7 a.m. $10 for work performed ($18 if performing work in supervisory classification) for employee temporarily as- signed to perform work for maximum 2 hours (not for training purposes) in higher classification. $35 per shift for production operators, audio operator, graphic operators, technical director while work- ing on remote-from-home productions. Paid holidays: 10 days includ- ing 2 floater days. Employees receive either Christmas or New Year's Day off. Vacations with pay: 1 day per month to maximum of 10 days to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks plus 1 day after 6 years, 3 weeks plus 2 days after 7 years, 3 weeks plus 3 days after 8 years, 3 weeks plus 4 days after 9 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 4 weeks plus 1 day after 11 years, 4 weeks plus 2 days after 12 years, 4 weeks plus 3 days after 13 years, 4 weeks plus 4 days after 14 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 5 weeks plus 1 day after 21 years, 5 days plus 2 days after 22 years, 5 days plus 3 days after 23 years, 5 years plus 4 days after 24 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all time worked in excess of standard workday and hours worked on statutory holiday up to standard workday length. Double time for hours worked in excess of 12 hours per day. Time and one-half when turn- around period is less than 12 hours between end of 1 tour of duty and start of next. Double time for hours worked beyond 8 p.m. on Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve. Triple time for hours worked in excess of standards workday on statu- tory holiday. May be banked, maximum 40 hours per year. Meal allowance: $75 per day for out-of-town assignments. $15 meal allowance for em- ployee who has worked more than 10 hours (paid whether meal was taken or not). If meal period is not taken, 30 minutes will be added to end of shift at time and one-half. Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. STD: Employer pays 100% of premiums. LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Sick leave: Company-paid plan. Pension: Rogers DB pension plan, Rogers DC pension plan, global RRSP savings plan, group tax-free savings ac- count. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, child, legal guardian, parent. 3 days for death of sibling, parent-in- law, grandparent, grandchild, sibling-in-law, family member who resides with employee. Seniority – recall rights: Lesser of employee's period of seniority or 12 months for layoffs. Call-in pay: Time and one- half for being called back to work after completing shift and prior to start of next scheduled shift or called in while on standby duty, with minimum of 4 hours paid. Engineering employees on standby receive $50 per calen- dar day on scheduled day off. Employees required to standby in off hours, separate from days off, receive $20 per calen- dar day. Probationary period: 90 days worked. May be extended up to up to 180 days. Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months. Severance: 2 weeks' pay per completed year of service to maximum of 52 weeks.
