on second shift will be paid at straight-time hourly rates plus shift differential of 1/7 of base hourly rate; employees on third shift will be paid at straight- time hourly rates plus shift dif- ferential of 1/5 of base hourly rate. Double time for regularly scheduled hours of work on Saturday, Sunday, statutory and recognized holidays. $17 per day for employees working in radiation area in plastic suits or replacement material of fully enveloping type with indepen- dent air supply. Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 10% of base hourly rate for both vaca- tion pay and recognized holi- day pay. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond normal daily scheduled num- ber of hours up to 2 hours per day. Double time for all overtime hours in excess of 2 per day. Double time for work performed on Saturday, Sun- day, recognized holidays and non-shift days. Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours at double time. Uniforms/clothing: Protected clothing and equipment and rainwear that is provided by employer will be charged out to employee and te employee will be responsible for return of such protective clothing and equipment and rainwear upon completion of work involved. Tool allowance: When per- sonal tools valued in excess of $15 are lost due to fire or theft, employer will consider replace- ment or payment value up to $500. Mileage: Employee who is requested or received approval to use personal vehicle for convenience of employer will be reimbursed $0.47 per radius kilometre traveled.
