COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS and fourteenth day of illness, maximum 119 days (1/14/119). LTD: Coverage of 60% of earn- ings, maximum $2,600 per month, payable after 119 days until age 65 (119/65). AD&D: Coverage of $100,000. Life insurance: Coverage of $100,000. Pension: New employees will join CLAC Group Retirement Savings Plan immediately and employer will contribute hourly amount based on job classifica- tion. Employer will contribute additional matching 2% to pen- sion plan for each employee for all hours worked; each em- ployee will also contribute 2% matching amount for all hours worked. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of spouse (including com- mon-law), child, sibling, sibling- in-law, legal dependant, parents, parents-in-law, legal guardian, brother, brother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, grandparents, grandchildren. Call-in pay: Minimum of 2 hours of pay at appropriate rate. Probationary period: 90 calen- dar days. Safety shoes: All employees will wear-CSA approved safety boots supplied by employer. Prescription safety eyewear: Employer will reimburse any employee 50% of cost of prescription safety eyewear, maximum $300 according to following criteria: Employee must have worked 900 hours for first reimbursement. For any subsequent reimbursement employee must have worked additional 3,000 hours from last time reimbursed. EDUCATION University of Saskatchewan Saskatoon (1,400 instructional, administrative employees) and the Administrative and Supervisory Personnel Association (APSA) Renewal agreement: Effective May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2022. Signed on April 1, 2021. Wage adjustments: Effective May 1, 2021: 2% for salary ranges Effective May 1, 2021: 1.5% for all active employees up to maxi- mum of new salary ranges will be provided Paid holidays: 11 days. In rec- ognition of need for employees to occasionally work in excess of work-plan guidelines, employer will provide 3 additional days off during fiscal year (days will normally be taken between Dec. 25 and Jan. 1 when university is closed; alternate days will be provided if employee is required to work during Christmas and New Year's season). Vacations with pay: 20 days to start, 25 days after 6 years, 30 days after 16 years. Medical benefits: All employ- ees who hold appointment of greater than or equal to 0.5 FTE and greater than or equal to 6-month term will be eli- gible for extended health care plan, including drug card with mandatory generic substitu- tions. Eligible members will be provided with $900 per year in flexible spending program (FSP) that provides additional health and wellness benefits Dental: All employees who hold appointment of greater than or equal to 0.5 FTE and greater than or equal to 6-month term will be eligible for dental plan. Sick leave: 1.25 days per month of employment; allowance is cumulative and is prorated for part-time employees. Life insurance: All employ- ees who hold appointment of greater than or equal to 0.5 FTE and greater than or equal to 6-month term will be eligible for group life insurance. Pension: All employees who hold appointment greater than or equal to 0.5 FTE and greater than 6 months will be enrolled in pension plan. Employee will contribute 7%, which will be matched by employer. Bereavement leave: Upon receipt of written application for leave, department head, tak- ing particular circumstances of Eyewear: Employer will reimburse any employee 50% of cost of prescription safety eyewear, maximum $300.
