Most administrative professionals know a handful of shortcuts such as Ctrl+x (cut), Ctrl+c (copy), Ctrl+v (paste). Take one new shortcut each week, use if often, and soon it will be part of your daily regime. Below are some common shortcuts you may appreciate. For more shortcuts, go to Office Help (F1) and type 'keyboard shortcuts'. Have fun!
