Common Microsoft keyboard shortcuts

Both keyboard and mouse click shortcuts can save time and increase productivity. Most administrative professionals know
a handful of shortcuts such as Ctrl+x (cut), Ctrl+c (copy), Ctrl+v (paste). Take one new shortcut each week, use if often, and
soon it will be part of your daily regime. Below are some common shortcuts you may appreciate. For more shortcuts, go to
Office Help (F1) and type 'keyboard shortcuts'. Have fun!
EXCEL
• F2 (Cell edit mode)
• F4 (Repeat last action or changes cell
referencing i.e. $A$4, A$4, $A4, A4)
• F5 (GoTo command)
• Ctrl+' (Duplicate cell content in above
cell)
• Ctrl+; (Insert todays date)
• Ctrl+a (Select all data within range)
• Ctrl+Home (Go to cell A1 - unless
rows/columns frozen then goes to
the point of freezing)
• Ctrl+End (Go to last cell)
• Ctrl+PgDn (Go to next worksheet)
