Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 10 days to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 14 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week or for work on statutory holidays. Double time after 10 hours per day. Meal allowance: $10 after 2 hours of overtime. Medical benefits: Employer pays 70% of premiums for Al- berta Health Care. Dental: Employer will contrib- ute $0.43 per hour (previously $0.38 per hour) to United Food and Commercial Workers' Union Dental Care Plan, maxi- mum 40 hours per week per employee. Vision: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums. Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employ- ee pays 20% of premiums. Sick leave: 3 hours per month to start; 40 hours per year after 1 year of service. Unused sick leave hours will be paid out ev- ery year, maximum 40 hours.
