Employees, who do not return home and choose to be responsible for own accommodations, will be entitled to claim living expenses of $75 per day; $50 per day for employees who return home each night. Labrador travel allowance: Employees will be paid lump sum for each eligible family member. Sum will be equal to value of fare (including all fees and surcharges) return economy air travel between St. John's and employee's reporting centre or $1,000, whichever is greater. Northern Allowance: $150 per week to employees whose reporting centre is in Labrador; $175 per week after 5 years in Labrador. Hardship al- lowance: $50 per night when employee stays overnight at locations in coastal Labrador north of Red Bay. Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of employee's weekly basic earnings that are insurable under Employment Insurance Act. LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 55% of earnings, maximum $2,000 per month (previously $1,950 per month). AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $43,000 (previously $42,000). Pension: Employees hired be- fore Dec. 13, 2014, will eligible for Masterfeeds LP Defined Benefit Plan.
