Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours or 80 hours per week. Medical benefits: Employer pays 75% of premiums, em- ployee pays 25% of premiums. Lifetime maximum $25,000 combined hospital and drug coverage. Dental: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. Vision: $300 every 2 years. Sick leave: 7 days per year personal leave, which may be used as sick leave. LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $15,000. Pension: Employer matches employee RRSP contributions, maximum 3% (previously 2%).
