Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employ- ee pays 50% of premiums. Dental: Employer pays 85% of premiums, employee pays 15% of premiums. Sick leave: 1.25 days per month, maximum 130 days. LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Pension: Mount Allison Pen- sion Plan. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of father, mother, guardian, spouse, common- law spouse, life-partner, son, daughter, stepfather, stepmother, stepchild. 3 days for death of sister, brother, grandparent, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law. Employees may receive 3 hours to attend funeral. Seniority – recall rights: 2 years. Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours' pay at time and one-half regular rates and employee will only be required to perform work for which employee was called back. Probationary period: 6 months. Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months. Severance: 5 days' pay for each year of seniority, maximum 150 days' pay. Safety shoes: $120 (previously $100) for CSA-approved safety footwear. Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide protective clothing, eyewear, footwear or other gar- ments or equipment designed to protect employee against hazards.
