Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $200 per person every 24 months. Paramedical: 100% reimburse- ment, maximum $350 per person per year for acupunc- ture, chiropractor, chiropodist/ podiatrist, massage therapist, naturopath, osteopath, psychol- ogist, physiotherapist, speech therapist, audiologist. Maxi- mum $100 per year for athletic therapist. STD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $50,000. LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $50,000. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Pension: Employer will con- tribute to locked-in, DC pen- sion plan, employee contribu- tions will be directed to group RRSP. Employer contributions will be maximum $2.25 (previ- ously $2) for all hours worked. Bereavement leave: After 6 months of service, 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, mother, father, chil- dren (including common-law, stepchildren), sisters, brothers, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandfathers, grandmothers, grandchildren). Seniority – recall rights: 8 months. Probationary period: 90 worked days. Safety shoes: $0.15 per hour for approved winter, summer safety footwear. Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply each employee with 3 sets of coveralls per year; in- sulated coveralls, gloves, safety equipment as required. Mileage: $0.50 per kilometre for employee who travel to project or job that is beyond corporate limits of town in own vehicle.
