Wage adjustments: Effective Feb. 1, 2018: 1.5% Effective Feb. 1, 2019: 1.5% Effective Feb. 1, 2020: 1.5% Effective Feb. 1, 2021: 1.5% Effective Feb. 1, 2021: (Based on cost of living calculated using CPI as published by Stats Canada for year beginning Jan. 1, 2022, to Dec. 31, 2022, to be paid on first period of Feb. 1, 2023) Paid holidays: 12 days. One-half to act as pallbearer at funeral. Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. Call-in pay: Minimum of 4 hours at basic rate of pay or time and one-half, whichever is greater. May be banked, maximum 120 hours per year, but will be paid out if unused by end of year. Probationary period: 3 months. Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
