(First agreement) Wage adjustments: Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 1.5% Effective April 1, 2020: 2% Shift premium: $2.75 per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. $3 per hour shall be paid for all hours worked be- tween 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. $2.75 per hour for all hours worked between 3 p.m. on Friday and 7 a.m. on Monday. Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 75 hours to start, 112.5 hours after 3 years, 150 hours after 6 years, 187.5 hours after 15 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 7.75 hours per day or on scheduled day of rest. Double time after first 2 hours of overtime. May be banked and taken as time off in lieu but will be paid out if not taken by last day of March. Medical benefits: Employer pays 65% of premiums, employ- ee pays 35% of premiums. Bereavement leave: 4 days for death in immediate family (spouse (common-law, same- sex), child, parent, brother, brother-in-law, sister, sister-in- law, mother-in-law, father-in- law, son-in-law, daughter-in- law, grandparent, grandchild, guardian, fiancé, stepparent, stepchildren, stepbrother, stepsister).
