Dental: 90% reimbursement for diagnostic/preventative, restor- ative, periodontics, dentures, bridges, crowns, endodontic. $5,000 maximum per year for dentures, bridges, crowns. 50% reimbursement for orthodon- tic, $3,500 lifetime maximum. Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 80% reimburse- ment, maximum $500 every 24 months (previously $400 every 24 months). Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 75% of gross earn- ings, $1,300 (previously $1,000) weekly maximum, for 26 weeks. Sick leave: 10 days (will not accumulate and balance will be cancelled as of Dec. 31 of each year). LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums for coverage for 67% of annual salary, $5,000 month- ly maximum based on 2-year own-occupation definition of disability. Employer will pay health allowance equal to 50% of premiums paid by employee for plan to employee. AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $100,000. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $100,000. Pension: Employees will be covered by superannuation or pension plan under Pension (Municipal) Act.
