LTD: Employer pays 50% of monthly premiums, employee pays 50% of monthly premiums. AD&D: Employer pays 100% of monthly premiums for coverage of $100,000. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of monthly premiums for coverage of $100,000. Pension: Employer, employee will each contribute to munici- pal pension plan. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, stepbrothers, stepsisters, brothers-in- law, sisters-in-law, spouse, common-law-spouse (as defined in Family Relations Act), children, stepchildren, in-law parents, grandparents, grandchildren, current stepparents of employee). Seniority – recall rights: 18 months. Call-in pay: 4 hours' pay at regular rates or for actual time worked at applicable overtime rates, whichever is greater. Probationary period: 90 days worked. Discipline: Sunset clause is 36 months for warning, disci- pline letters. Safety shoes: $300 every 24-month period (previously ev- ery 24-month period) for CSA- approved steel-toed or safety boots. $100 per 24-month period to following employees for ap- propriate footwear: Recreation programmer aquatics, aquatic team leader, life guard/instruc- tor 1, life guard/instructor 2, GIS coordinator, GIS technician, parks and trails coordinator, parks assistant, parks operations coordinator, parks planner, parks technician, planner, planning technician, senior planner.
