Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employ- ee pays 50% of premiums. Dental: 80% reimbursement of basic services. 50% reimburse- ment of major, orthodontic services. Sick leave: 1 day per month of employment, maximum credit of 20 days. Pension: Employer will con- tinue employer-administered RRSP. Employer will match contributions of participating employees, maximum 3.25%, into employee's RRSP.
