Bereavement leave: 4 days for death of parent, spouse, common-law spouse, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister- in-law, child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparent, grandparent-in-law, grandchild. 1 day for death of uncle, aunt, niece, nephew. 2 additional days when funeral requires extensive travel. Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours of pay at regular rate. Probationary period: 90 days worked or equivalent in hours. Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years, unless instance of simi- lar nature occurs since disci- pline, sunset clause is 3 years. Safety shoes: $200 per year for boots and clothing.
