COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS from ground on supporting structures or open platforms including trusses, stacks, tow- ers, tanks, bosun chairs, swing or rolling scaffolds or similar equipment where employee is subject to direct fall to ground (Sudbury). $6 for each hour worked for employees actually up flare stack where fireproof clothing and air packs are required; $3 for each hour worked where fireproof clothing and air packs are not required (Sarnia). 11% for all regular hours worked on shift beginning any time after 8 a.m. and before 7 p.m. (Toronto). 15% for foreman (Toronto). Double time for minimum 1 hour or time spent working, whichever is greater, on scaffold higher than 40 feet.
