Mileage: $1.15 per kilometre where employee is required to commute daily or travel to job from Thunder Bay (or point of accommodation) to job site outside 35-kilometre travel-free zone; $0.80 per hour where transportation is provided by employer. Signed on Dec. 15, 2019. Shift premium: Double time (minimum 1 hour) for any time spent climbing, de- scending, working on tower, pole, side of building higher than 40 feet. Double time for minimum 1 hour or time spent working, whichever is greater, on scaffold higher than 40 feet. Double time, minimum 1 hour, for all time performing hazardous work. 10% for all hours worked on afternoon shift (between noon and midnight); 15% for all hours worked on night shift (between 11 p.m. and 10 a.m.). 10% above journey- man broadband network technician for A foremen. 5% above journeyman broadband network technician for B fore- men. 5% above journeyman broadband network techni- cian for in-charge premium. Vacations with pay: 3 weeks or 6% after 1 year, 3 weeks and 1 day or 6.4% after 6 years, 3 weeks and 2 days or 6.8% after 7 years, 3 weeks and 3 days or 7.2% after 8 years, 3 weeks and 4 days or 7.6% after 9 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 4 weeks and 1 day or 8.4% after 11 years, 4 weeks and 2 days or 8.8% after 12 years, 4 weeks and 3 days or 9.2% after 13 years, 4 weeks Meal allowance: $15 or hot meal for employees who work 2 hours of overtime; every 4 hours thereafter (Sault Ste.
