Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours' pay at time and one-half. Wage adjustments: Effective Nov. 9, 2019: 2.4% Effective Nov. 9, 2020: 2.4% Effective Nov. 9, 2021: 2.3% Shift premium: $0.60 per hour for afternoon shift. $0.75 per hour for night shift. Paid holidays: 9 days, plus 3 paid floating holidays during Christmas shutdown. Vacations with pay: 10 days after 1 year, 15 days after 5 years, 20 days after 10 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for hours worked greater than 40 in workweek; all hours worked on Saturday. Double time for all hours worked on Sunday or company-observed holiday. Seniority – recall rights: 36 months for continuous layoff. Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours when called in not in connec- tion with regular shift.
