Training allowances: Employer will pay employees for training and recertification that is required as part of employment and is conducted off-site and outside of normal shift: $100 per day (previously $90 per day) for classes less than 4 hours; $200 per day (previously $180 per day) for classes greater than 4 hours. Additionally employer will pay full cost of training and recertification. Prescription safety eyewear: Employer will reimburse employee cost of prescription safety eyewear, maximum $250 (employee must have worked 600 hours for first reimbursement). Industry fund: Employer will contribute $0.03 per hour to industry fund.
