pays 100% of premiums. Em- ployees will be entitled to health spending account of $250 per year. Unused funds will be kept in employee's ac- count for 1 additional year. Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Weekly indemnity: Employee pays 100% of premiums. Sick leave: 1.5 days (0.75 days for part-time employees) for each month they employed, 3 months of work. Unused por- tion will accumulate, maximum 90 days. LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums. AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Pension: Employee contributes 6%, employer contributes 6% to Manulife pension plan. Em- ployer contributes 2% to RRSP, employee makes voluntary contributions as desired. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, child, parent, brother, sister, grandparents, father-in- law, mother-in-law, sister-in- law, brother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, same-sex partner, grandchildren, step- family). 1 half-day to attend fu- neral as mourner or pallbearer. Seniority – recall rights: 6 months after layoff that antici- pated to be 6 months or more; 6 months when employee is promoted to position outside bargaining unit. Call-in pay: Minimum of 2 hours at overtime rate except for employees on standby. Probationary period: 3 months. Safety shoes: $150, reimbursed once per year, including GST, for CSA-approved safety foot- wear for employees who are re- quired to wear safety footwear (unused amount is carried for- ward to next year and employee must use such carry over by end of next year). Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide all full-time em- ployees with 1 hoodie, 1 tank top, 2 pair of shorts, 2 T-shirts, 1 pair of deck shoes per year, plus swimming suit allow- ance of $140 per year for pool staff. Clothing purchased for pool staff is limited to $275 per employee per year. Em- ployer will provide all public works staff with safety glasses, hearing protection, reflective safety vest, coveralls, gloves. Employer will provide all full- time employees with 2 pair of black pants, 2 T-shirts, 1 jacket, 1 hoodie or vest (for identifica- tion purposes) per year; gloves and other safety equipment as required for arena staff.
