Pension: Effective Sept. 12, 2013, employer offers a defined con- tribution pension plan, matches contributions up to 5%. Defined benefit plan: $56.50 per month, effective January 2014. $58 per month, effective July 1, 2014. $59.50 per month, effective July 1, 2015.
