Shift premium: $2.75 per hour for support staff working be- tween 3 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday. $3.25 for nursing staff working that same shift. $2.25 for support staff work- ing between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. $3 per hour for support staff working between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. $2.75 per hour for nurses working between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. $5 per hour for nurses working 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. $1 per hour for drivers required to go on field trips outside the facility. Paid holidays: 11 days, plus 1 floater. Time and one-half for all holidays worked on a named holiday. Vacations with pay: 3 weeks to start, 4 weeks after 3 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. Supplementary vacation: 5 additional days after 20 years of service. 5 addi- tional days upon reaching 25, 30 and 30 years of employment after that. Supplementary vacation may be paid out as a lump sum bonus. Overtime: Time and one-half for first 2 hours worked in excess of 7.75 per day, double time for all hours worked after that. Medical benefits: Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan. 100% reimbursement under the health care plan, 80% reimburse- ment under prescription plan. Dental: 80% coverage for basic services, 50% coverage for extensive services, up to $1,500 per person per year. 50% of orthodontic services, up to $1,500 lifetime maximum per person. Sick leave: 1.5 days earned per month, to accrue up to 120 days. LTD: 60% of basic monthly earnings. Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan. Bereavement leave: 3 days for immediate family, including spouse, common-law spouse, same-sex spouse, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandchild, grandparent, aunt, uncle, child, parent, brother, sister, guardian, niece, nephew, step-brother, step-sister, step-child, step-parent or fiancé. Up to 2 additional days if travel for funeral is required. 1 day for the death of any other relative or close friend. Seniority – recall rights: 2 years. Call-in pay: 4 hours paid at straight time rate or overtime rate for actual hours worked, whichever is greater. $1.25 per hour when employee is required to be on-call, $1.75 on a named holiday. Probationary period: 325 hours. Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months. Severance: 2 weeks' salary for each year of service, up to 40 weeks. Uniforms/clothing: All required attire to be provided and laundered at employer's expense. Mileage: 52¢ per km.
