Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. Probationary period: 9 months. Safety shoes: $65 or 75% of the cost of safety shoes, which- ever is greater. $80 or 75% of the cost of safety boots, which- ever is greater. $40 or 75% of the cost of overshoes, whichever is greater. Uniforms/clothing: Safety equipment including safety belts, straps, rubber boots, coats, rubber gloves, safety glasses, pro- tections shields and rubber mats for covering live wires will be provided by the employer. Tool allowance: One-time allowance of $100 for Installation Repair Technician II workers. $200 per year for Vehicle Me- chanics.
