And it takes more than twice as long — nine weeks — to fill a management position. An additional 32 per cent have thought about it. Workers in France and the United Kingdom (48 per cent) were most likely to have changed jobs due to stress, while Canadians (44 per cent) and Americans (42 per cent) were less likely. In India, just 19 per cent have left a job due to stress.
