In addition, Natalie is a leading authority in extraordinary damages in employment law, as the sole author of Extraordinary Damages in Canadian Employment Law, a first-of-its-kind legal textbook published in 2010. Natalie was editor-in-chief of the respected Employment Bulletin for seven years, as well as a routine contributor to Canadian HR Reporter, Canadian Employment Law Today and Canadian Employer. In addition, she is frequently called upon by the media to offer her expert opinion on employment law matters. Natalie also enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience through teaching, as she chairs and speaks at conferences frequently, including those held by the Law Society of Upper Canada, Osgoode Professional Development Updates, the Ontario Bar Association and the Human Resources Professional Association.
