Overtime: Time and one-half for all time worked beyond employee's scheduled work day. Double time for all hours worked on a day of rest. Time and one- half for the first 7.5 hours worked on a holiday and double time for all hours worked beyond. Sick leave: 9.375 hours for each month worked. Bereavement leave: 7 days for employee's parents, step- parents, foster parents, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister, spouse, common-law partner, child, common-law partner's child, stepchild, ward of employee, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, son-in- law, daughter-in-law, brother-in- law, sister-in-law and any relative residing permanently with the employee.
