Uniforms, including trousers, shirts, boots, fur hat, forage hat, mitts of gloves, all- weather coat, ties, outer shell to hold bullet proof vest panels and exterior nylon bullet proof vest carriers, are provided by the employer. Sample rates of pay (current, after 2% increase): Back-up Employees: Grade 12: $24.46 rising to $27.52 per hour Grade 13: $27.17 rising to $30.56 Regular and Term Employees: $56,709 rising to $63,789 an- nually Editor's notes: Family illness: 1 paid day if a member of the employee's immediate family is taken ill and the em- ployee is required for immediate care.
