Wage adjustments: Effective April 1, 2014: 1.8% Effective Jan. 1, 2015: 2.4% Effective Jan. 1, 2016: 3.5% Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 4% Shift premium: 90¢ per hour for all hours worked on a Sun- day, $1 per hour effective Jan. 1, 2017.
