Work-Life Certified Professional (WLCP): The designation signifies professional knowledge and cred- ibility in work-life effectiveness and demonstrates that holders have the knowledge and critical skills to design, administer and manage work- life programs to improve an organiza- tion's bottom line and the lives of employees. The WLCP certification is achieved by earning a passing score on four exams. Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP): This designation is intended for professionals involved in multiple aspects of executive com- pensation.
