Vacations with pay: 1.25 days per month worked to start, 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 8 years and 5 weeks after 15 years. overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m., for all hours worked on Saturdays and on paid holidays. Double time for all hours worked on Sundays. Meal allowance: 1 hour break or a meal provided for employ- ees required to work more than 1 hour overtime. $10 for break- fast, $12.50 for lunch and $20 for dinner when employees are on out-of-town trips on behalf of the employer. Seniority — recall rights: 1 year. Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours at applicable overtime rate. Probationary period: 3 months. Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months for suspensions and 1 year for letters of reprimand, provided there has been no re- currence of similar infractions. Severance: 1 week's pay for each year of service to a maxi- mum of 25 weeks for employees with 5 or more years of continu- ous service. Uniforms/clothing: Neces- sary tools, safety equipment and protective clothing will be provided to employees working in any unsanitary or dangerous jobs. The employer pays 95% of the coverage for the existing Group Insurance Plan for employees laid off for less than 3 months. Wash-up time: Employees are allowed 5 minutes wash-up time before lunch and before quitting time. Equal pay: The principle of equal pay for equal worth applies regardless of sex.
