Relocation: In the event an employee is required to change job location on a permanent basis, the employee is entitled to a mileage allowance of 48¢ per km when the relocation increases the employee's drive to work by more than 10 km in one direction. If the change in work location increases the employee's travel time by more than 30 minutes in one direction, the additional time spent in transit will be treated as time worked. Maternity leave: 15 weeks for EI benefit recipients, 18 weeks for QPIP Basic Plan recipients and 15 weeks for QPIP Special Plan benefit recipients.
