StD: $400 per week payable from the1st day of hospital/ accident and from the 8th day of sickness. Short-term dis- ability program lasts 26 weeks. The employer agrees its annual contributions will not be less than $225,000. Bereavement leave: 3 days when a member of employee's immediate family dies. Third day is to be used for the day of the funeral. Immediate family includes spouse, common-law spouse, father, mother, spouse of employee's father or mother (including common-law), children, grandchildren, grand- parent, brother, sister, father- in-law, mother-in-law, spouse of employee's father-in-law or mother-in-law (including common-law) or any relative who resides permanently with the employee. Uniforms/clothing: $700 per year for personal protective equipment. After the third offence employees may be discharged.
