Sample rates of pay, current: Salary grade 1: $42,192 per year Salary grade 9: $58,271 Salary grade 17: $84,784 Salary grade 22: $107,557 Editor's notes: Economic stability dividend: Effective May 1, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019, employees will receive a general wage increase equal to one-half of any percentage gain in real gross domestic product above the forecast for that year. For example, if the real GDP was 1% above the forecasted GDP then employees would be entitled to an in- crease of one-half of 1%. Seniority – recall rights: 8 months. Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours' pay at straight time, or actual hours worked at overtime rate – whichever is greater. Probationary period: 3 months.
