Paid holidays: 12 days. Double time and one-half hourly wage for all "awake" hours worked and time and one-half for all "sleep" hours worked. Or, regu- lar pay for hours worked and equal time off. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 16 years, 6 weeks after 21 years, 7 weeks after 26 years. Up to 1 week may be banked per year. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of regular scheduled shifts, depending on department. May be banked and taken as time off in lieu of compensation within 3 months.
