Seniority – recall rights: 9 months. Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours' pay at regular rate. Probationary period: 2 months. Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year for written discipline, 2 years for suspension. Uniforms/clothing: Employer to provide reimbursement upon receipt of safety clothing and tools. Cost of such items to be mutually agreed upon by both parties prior to purchase. Sample rates of pay, current (including pension, benefit and vacation pay): Journeyperson: $34.71 per hour Editor's notes: Travel: $45 per diem when employees are required to stay overnight at a jobsite more than 120 km away from the shop. Danger pay: $1.50 per hour when an employee is required to work in an environment that re- quires protective clothing, breathing apparatus or the removal of asbestos. Paid holidays: 11 days. Time and one-half for all hours worked on a statutory holiday. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of 8 per day or 40 per week.
