Dou- ble time for all hours worked on employee's 7th work day. Meal allowance: Meal or meal allowance of $7 after 2 hours of overtime. Medical benefits: Up to $45 per trip for ambulance rides. $90 maximum. LTD: 60% of monthly earnings to a maximum of $2,225 per month. AD&D: $48,000. Benefit also provides protection for the loss of a hand, foot or eyesight in a non-occupational acci- dent. Life insurance: $48,000.
