The notice will include the reasons for the discharge or suspension. Item processors: No more than 15% item processors off at any given time. AQPICs: Mini- mum 1 AQPIC off at any given time but not restricted to 1 if personnel available to cover operational needs. Layoff notice: At least 1 week's notice or pay in lieu thereof. 2 weeks' notice or pay in lieu if the layoff is expected to exceed 13 weeks. Personal leave: 4 paid days.
