Wage adjustments: Effective Dec. 29, 2014: 3% Effective Dec. 28, 2015: 3.5% Effective Dec. 26, 2016: 4% Shift premium: $1 per hour for all work between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m., excluding overtime work. Paid holidays: 13 days. Double time for all hours worked on a named holiday. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year of service, 3 weeks after 2 years, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 17 years, 6 weeks after 25 years, 7 weeks after 30 years. After earning 3 weeks of vacation or more, an employee will be entitled to carry forward 1 week of vacation per year up to a max- imum of 6 weeks.
