You might expect your team to be less productive in the days and weeks before the winter holidays, but for many workers the opposite is true. Twenty-fi ve per cent of workers polled said they become more productive at work one week before a major holiday, while only eight per cent reported their output wanes, according to a Canadian survey of more than 270 workers.
