Signed on June 30, 2015. Wage adjustments: Effective March 15, 2017: 1.5% Effective March 25, 2016: 1.5% Effective March 25, 2017: 2% Effective March 25, 2018: 2% Shift premium: 5% for trades supervisors. 5% for leading hands. 15¢ per hour for dirty work. $1.59 per hour for work performed between 4 p.m. and 12 a.m. $3.98 per hour for work performed between 12 a.m. and 8 a.m. Paid holidays: 11 days and 1 half day. Vacations with pay: Non-shift workers: 1 1/4 days per month worked to start, 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 20 years and 6 weeks after 25 years. Power engineers: 10 hours per month worked to start, 120 hours after 1 year, 160 hours after 10 years, 200 hours after 20 years and 240 hours after 25 years. System op- erator shift workers: 10.5 hours per month of service to start, 126 hours after 1 year, 168.33 hours after 10 years, 210 hours after 20 years and 252 hours after 25 years. Meal allowance: $15 after 2 hours of overtime. Bereavement leave: 3 days for employee's husband, wife, father, mother, son, daughter, stepchild, brother, sister, grand- parent, father-in-law, mother- in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in- law or stepparent. Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours at regular rate or overtime for hours worked, whichever is greater. Probationary period: 3 months. Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year. Severance: Employees notified of layoff can elect a severance payment of 3 2/3 weeks' pay for each completed year of service to a maximum of 24 years in ad- dition to 60 days' notice. Uniforms/clothing: Employee pays one-half of the cost of their first uniform. Employer pays the full cost of future uniforms. Uniforms can only be worn on duty.
