Paid holidays: 11 days. Double time for all hours worked on a named holiday. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks af- ter 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 12 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of 40 per week, Monday to Friday. Time and one-half for all hours worked on a Saturday. Double time for all hours worked on a Sunday. Medical benefits: Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan. Effective June 1, 2013, cost of the plan is $295 per month, company contributes 50% plus $70. Pension: Burnco RRSP. 6% of earnings contributed by em- ployee, matched up to 6% by employer. Bereavement leave: 3 days for immediate family. Accidents: Employees involved in accidents may be re- quired to attend driver improvement courses, the fees for which will be paid by the company and compensation pro- vided for time spent at such courses. TRANSPORTATION Pacific Western Transportation Fort McMurray, Alta. (200 bus drivers) and the General Teamsters, Local 362, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2013, to Jan. 1, 2016. Wage adjustments: Effective Jan. 1, 2014: 3% Effective Jan. 1, 2015: 3% Paid holidays: 11 days. Time and one-half for all trips made on Remembrance Day, Christ- mas Day and New Year's Day. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 5 years, 5 weeks after 8 years, 6 weeks after 18 years. Vacations limited during July and August. Medical benefits: Prairie Team- sters Health and Welfare Plan. 50% coverage of the Alberta Health and Wellness premiums. Effective Jan. 1, 2013: employer pays 80%, driver pays 20%. Pension: Prairie Teamsters Pension Plan. Bereavement leave: Up to 4 days for immediate family, includ- ing spouse, mother, father, son, daughter, brother, sister, mother- in-law, father-in-law, grand- children, common-law spouse, stepmother or stepfather. Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours' pay. Probationary period: 3 months. Uniforms/clothing: Company provides 1 jacket, 2 ties, 1 cap, 1 three-in-one winter jacket, 3 pairs of pants, 3 shirts. Addi- tional $300 per year allowance for approved uniform items, up to $150 may be carried over from year-to-year, or used to- ward safety footwear. Sample rates of pay, current: Drivers, 3-hour trip: $101.72 per trip Drivers, hourly: $33.44 per hour Editor's notes: Portability: Drivers allowed opportunities to transfer from one division to another, as required. Forced work: Time and one-half for employees required to work on their day off. Living allowance: Monthly payment to offset living costs for drivers residing in Fort McMurray or Wood Buffalo. $1,300 per month effective upon ratifi- cation, $1,325 per month effective Jan. 1, 2015.
