3 Canadian HR Reporter, a Thomson Reuters business 2016 signed the responsibilities of a supervisor. 70¢ per hour for time worked between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. 30¢ per hour for time worked on Saturday or Sunday. Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 18 years and 6 weeks after 22 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for hours time worked beyond 7.5 hours per day or 37.5 hours per week. Meal allowance: $5 when an employee is required to work 3 or more hours overtime.
