For 39 per cent of organizations, the change management eff ort fails during the post-implementation phase. Thirty-three per cent say the process fails most often during execution, while 13 per cent say it fails during strategy development. 28% say clear communication is the most important factor in successful change management. 26% say delegating eff ectively is most important. 25% say outlining goals is most important. 22% say managing expectations is most important . More than one-half — 55 per cent — of workers between the ages of 18 and 34 would like to change jobs this year, according to a Canadian survey of 1,547 workers. at's compared with about 27 per cent of workers overall who want to change jobs in 2016. 25% of employees are seeking a pay raise. 14% want to take on more responsibility. 12% are seeking a promotion. 15% would like to fi nd more fl exible work hours. 8% hope to work remotely.
