Paid holidays: 13 days. Time and one-half for all hours worked on a named holiday. Vacations with pay: 18 days to start, 23 days after 3 years, 27 days after 8 years, 30 days after 15 years, 35 days after 20 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for first 4 hours of overtime worked, double time for all sub- sequent hours worked. Up to 20 days per year may be banked. Sick leave: 1.25 days earned per month worked. Unused credits may be carried over to the next year. Pension: Northern Employee Benefits Services. No other de- tails available. Bereavement leave: 5 days for the death of an immediate fam- ily member. Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours' pay at straight time rate or ac- tual hours worked at overtime rates – whichever is greater. Probationary period: 6 months. Severance: 2 weeks' pay for first year of service, 1 week's pay for each succeeding completed year of continuous employ- ment. Up to 28 weeks' pay total.
