Care leave: 21 paid and 21 unpaid hours for the purpose of providing or arranging for care of the employee's spouse, dependant or parent. Pregnancy leave: 17 weeks. Parental leave: 35 weeks, 37 is pregnancy leave is not taken. Phone work: Time and one-half for actual time of phone call when employ- ee receives a work call outside of regular hours.
