Wage adjustments: Effective Jan. 4, 2015: 0% Effective Jan. 3, 2016: 0.5% Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 2% Shift premium: Custodial night team leader: $1.31 per hour; day team leader: $2.37 per hour; wheelchair bus drivers: $0.65 per hour. Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 2 years, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. Overtime: Time-and-one-half for first 8 hours worked over the regular working shift in any one day, double-time thereafter. If employee is called in after returning home from regular shift, time-and-one-half before midnight and double-time after midnight. Double-time for Sat- urdays, Sundays and statutory holidays. Double-time before 7 a.m. to start school buses in cold weather. Meal allowance: $12 if employ- ee is required to work at least 3 hours beyond regular shift and is unable to go home, and for out-of-town field trips that ex- tend through lunch breaks.
