Ratified Jan. 24, 2016. Signed Feb. 17, 2016. Shift premium: Sunday: $1.60 per hour (not payable to em- ployees hired after March 23, 2011). Night: 95 cents per hour. Lead hand: 75 cents per hour. Express cash: 75 cents per hour. Receiver: 75 cents per hour. Paid holidays: 10 days. One floater day. Vacations with pay: 4% pay up to 1 year, 2 weeks up to 5 years, 3 weeks up to 10 years, 4 weeks up to 17 years; effective May 1, 2022, 5 weeks for 17 years' service. Overtime: One and one-half for all hours worked in excess of daily schedule or scheduled day off.
