Paid holidays: 10 days. One and one-half pay for work on any holiday. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start or 8% pay; 3 weeks after 10 years or 10% pay. Overtime: One and one-half pay for more than 10 hours per day. For more than 44 hours per week, one and one-half pay. Banked hours capped at 200. Meal allowance: $45 per day, when work is 175 kilometres away from employee's home. Medical benefits: Premiums paid 100% by employer: 80% coverage extended health care. 100% for medical supplies and semi-private rooms. Dental: Basic 80%, major 50% and both combined up to $2,500. 50% to $2,500 lifetime for orthodontics. Vision: $300. LTD: $2,000 maximum up to 24 months, $2,500 after 24 months. Life insurance: $70,000. Pension: Employer contri- bution: 4.5% of gross wages, effective April 1, 2016. 6%, ef- fective April 1, 2017, and 7.5%, effective April 1, 2018. 3% for employee contribution. Tool allowance: Employer sup- plies any needed tools. Mileage: $0.50 per kilometre. Extra $0.25 per kilometre when hauling work-related materials. Extra $0.50 per kilometre, when travelling outside of home circle (defined as radius of 80 kilome- tres with employee's home in the centre). Sample rates of pay (current, after increase): Skilled labourer: $38.63 rising 2 steps to $41.05 Labourer III: $35.20 rising 2 steps to $37.52 Labourer II: $30.62 rising 2 steps to $32.82 Lump sum: 1.4% of straight time hourly rate for the period April 1, 2013, to March 31, 2014.
