Sample rates of pay (current, after 4% increase): Customer service supervisor: $21.83 rising 2 steps to $22.71 Customer service associate: $20.80 rising 2 steps to $21.64 Maintenance staff: $21.52 rising 2 steps to $22.39 Editor's notes: Free transportation: Employees can get free transportation for themselves and their immediate household dependent family members. Certificate renewals: Employees renewing first aid or St. John's Ambulance certificates will be reimbursed.
