Wage adjustments: Effective July 8, 2016: 1% lump sum payment, maximum 2,080 hours Effective April 1, 2017: 1% lump sum payment, maximum 2,080 hours Shift premium: Passenger ser- vice agent premiums: in-charge $3 per hour; lead premium: $2 per hour; flight editor: $2 per hour; baggage: $1.25 per hour; ticketing premium: $1.25 per hour. Lounge agent premium: in-charge $3 per hour; split shift premiums: $9 for scheduled split shifts. Relief for special- ized/contract carriers: $0.50 per hour. Paid holidays: 10 days. Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 10 days or 4% to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for hours worked after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. $12 after working 4 overtime hours. Maximum 80 hours in time bank. Time and one-half for hours worked on statutory holidays. Double time for work on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day. Dental: Deductible per year: $25 individual, $50 family. 75% basic services per year. Major restorative: 50%. Basic restor- ative, preventative: $1,200 per year. Vision: $150 per person per 24 months. Paramedical: $500 per year for acupuncturist, audiologist, chiropodist, chiropractor, ho- meopath, massage therapist, naturopath, occupational thera- pist, osteopath, physiotherapist, podiatrist, speech therapist. $750 per year for psychologist. $200 per year for orthotic de- vices. Orthopedic shoes: 1 pair per person per year. Sick leave: 2 to 4 years: 1 day. 4 to 6 years: 2 days. 6 to 10 years: 4 days. 10 to 12 years: 5 days. 12 years and more: 6 days. STD: 66 2/3% of weekly in- come. LTD: 60% of first $2,083 of monthly earnings, plus 45% of balance, maximum $15,000. AD&D: $20,000 flat amount. Life insurance: $20,000 flat amount. Pension: After 2 years, employ- ees can invest in RSP. Employer matches every dollar invested, maximum 2% annual salary. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (par- ent, spouse, child, brother, sis- ter, grandparents, legal guard- ians, stepchildren, stepparent, father or mother of spouse, relatives living with the employ- ee). 3 days for death in extended family (spouse's grandparent, spouse's brother or sister, em- ployee's nephew, niece). 1 day for death of other family (aunt, uncle, godparents). 2 days to attend cremation or burial if outside of regular bereavement period. 7 days without pay if funeral outside of Canada or significant distance away. Seniority – recall rights: 3 years. Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours. Probationary period: 120 days. Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year.
